How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service (phone (305)468-3319 or email sales@rabbitusa.com) for a returned merchandise authorization.
Climbing items are returnable only for manufacturing defects.
Other items will be accepted for return.

  • with proof of purchase from Rabbit Mountain
  • with a return authorization clearly marked on the shipping box.
For returns not related to a manufacturing defect, they will be accepted only:

  • within 30 days of purchase
  • in unused condition
  • in the original packaging.
Used items or damaged items will be returned to you at your expense.
